the mechanic was very good but was misinformed what the job was, he did not know that it was a automatic van and the year was 2002 and he did not have the part to test the dinostic so could not fix it so i fill i did not get anything for my money

Kai came out & done what was asked a forced exhaust Clean on our Mercedes Vito Benz unfortunately it never regenerated it , and Kai said the exhaust filter would need to come of for a manual clean could you give me a price for this work please
