I booked a diagnostic appointment by paying £90. The mechanic said the car had a solenoid problem and quoted £243 to fix it. I accepted the quote, but I received no further response from the mechanic after this—neither to my calls nor messages. Later, after 5 days I went to another mechanic, who diagnosed a different problem: the timing belt. I couldnt trust him as he was telling different fault. I ended up spending another £94 there. Finally, I went to the main Nissan dealer and paid £180 for a diagnostic test again. I am really disappointed and frustrated. If you cannot complete the job fully, please do not accept it initially.

the mechanic was very good but was misinformed what the job was, he did not know that it was a automatic van and the year was 2002 and he did not have the part to test the dinostic so could not fix it so i fill i did not get anything for my money

Bilz was super friendly and got on with the job quickly and efficiently. The new water pump was fitted neatly within a couple of hours and the problem has gone away.
