James was really good nothing too much trouble . Very easy to talk too and explained things well, answered all of our questions and didn'' t feel rushed at all. Will use this service again without a doubt.

Mohammed was excellent. He did a thorough pre inspection of a car I’m looking to purchase in central London. He called me after the job and was friendly, easy to communicate with and was very helpful.

Ashley was great. I was really impressed with the work and the no nonsense approach with the way the work was carried out. When having work done to my vehicle I look for two things in a mechanic. Integrity and quality of work. Ashley gave me both of them qualities.

Wayne was great. He got on with the service and informed us of any issues with the car going forward. My only gripe would be the report after the service is complete. I paid for the major service with over 50 checks done on the car. But after reading the report there was no notes besides the checks. For example - part of the service was to lubricate all hinges - did that happen? It’s not written on the notes. Even better example - check air condition operation. I know that doesn’t work and needs checking but all I see on the report is a green tick to show it’s checked, that’s it. No comment no notes. Makes me wonder if some of these checks are done? To summarise. I don’t believe everything was done as per the full service. That decision comes from the report I have been given.
