Friendly yes. The mechanic filled in the inspection form showing results of a test drive. No test drive was undertaken. I will be seeking a refund and taking legal action against the mechanic and click mechanic.

Mechanic came out 3 hours late and then was there for 10 minutes after he told me the starter motor wasn’t the problem and didn’t need changer so he didn’t do it but then charge me £118 for labour that one not happy about

Rhalf really went above and beyond to help us get our van fixed. When he couldn't fix the problem for us on site he left us with the parts and recommendations of next steps. The following day I was having trouble finding a garage to help us so messaged Rhalf and he went out of his way to help us find somewhere. He is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate, and we will be booking him again in the future!

Very honest mechanic, highly recomend. 100%. Arrived on time, knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done nice and fast and professionally.. replacing an alternator but was very tight to get old one out and new one in but knew what to do anand made it look easy, made me wonder if I'd got a bigger national type garage to do the work if they would have the knowledge and patience. Would not hesitate using again.
