More than one person involved made confusing to know who did what or who was in charge, starting with the app. Not even know the name of the people who actually did work in the car. I have to admit that because I'm lorry driver I was unable to always answer the phone and this made communication difficult. Besides all that, they were friendly and overall helpfull, also flexible when receiving my car after hours.

Paulo collected and returned my car within the applicable timescale. He was helpful and I was confident I had made the right decision. Subsequently though it became obvious the repair had not been successful. He has since offered to collect and do a full inspection on the car.

Sam was very friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Immediately he started work he could exactly pin point the faults that had been done by the previous garage. He also advised in details on what needs to be done to get the vehicle back in good operating condition. I would not hesitate to use Sam again. Sam did a full diagnostic report in detail and advised also on missing and faulty parts that need replacing which the previous garage did a shady job.

Happy with the work, obviously can't see what they have done, but Eddie explained everything, so all and all very happy,
