Ben had tried to call me to check the work required but unfortunately, I hadn’t picked up the call. A further part was required to do the job which Ben managed to order & collect the same day. He returned to fit the part a little later. As his charger was too low to jump start the battery, he agreed to return once more after his next job & was then successful in getting the car started. Overall, I was very happy with Ben’s work & his commitment to completing the job to his satisfaction & mine. I would be very happy to use him again.

Tyson was an hour late, I called him just after 12 to make sure he was on his way. No communication from him about when to expect him until I reached out. The report says that road tests were completed, but I am not confident this happened. The car has not moved from it's space, is a road test not completed on a road?

The mechanic was supper friendly, and supportive during my presale inspection. He spoke to the owner for me and gave me the honest opinion regarding the car. I was very happy with the inspection. He also called 30 minutes before arrival I would recommend and use again.

Mark came out to my place and replaced the rear brake pads on the street. Really impressed with how efficient and professional he was. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the brakes are working perfectly now. Highly recommended!

Clear information was given from the start, no change in pricing, some optional work suggested with videos of him pointing it out whilst on the ramp, prices were very fair, and he was so polite the whole way through, I am not one to be easily impressed in business but I was very impressed for this work and will probably now make this mechanic my go to from now on!!!
