Steve and his team, came out and intially diagnosed the issue on my Mercedes C class, and gave a quote. I accepted and by 10am the next day it was taken to their workshop and returned the same day. Steve was available and kept me updated throughout. Would from my experience recommend them

Derick was very pleasent to talk to and couldnt fault him ,the work he has done has put our minds at rest knowing what needed to be done done thankyou so very much .Wouldnt hesitate getting my car looked after by him in future .

Dany was a great help always at the end of the phone, did full diagnostics, then had the vehicle recovered and then sorted the engine management and oil issues and drove it back to us, once back asked us to test drive to check all was ok, a true professional and made my life easier.

He got the job done but there were lots of inconveniences with the punctuality.

Communication and punctuality was on point but service wise i didn’t get the peace of mind I wanted. The service book not completed properly and I don’t believe the car was serviced or checked properly because I did a car health check with Halfords Autocentre 3 days ago and things such as replacing the discs and pads was recommended. One of the rear number plate light wasn’t working which I can confirm but that wasn’t picked up by Golden car Garage. Wheel alignment was also mentioned by Halfords Autocentre but again Golden car Garage didn’t spot. The only thing they spotted was the track rod, but even that they only noticed the left side not both. This doesn’t put my mind at ease at all driving with my family.

Yes very friendly and knowledgeable he was only here about 5 minutes and he gave me a couple of tips very satisfied.
