Communication and punctuality was on point but service wise i didn’t get the peace of mind I wanted. The service book not completed properly and I don’t believe the car was serviced or checked properly because I did a car health check with Halfords Autocentre 3 days ago and things such as replacing the discs and pads was recommended. One of the rear number plate light wasn’t working which I can confirm but that wasn’t picked up by Golden car Garage. Wheel alignment was also mentioned by Halfords Autocentre but again Golden car Garage didn’t spot. The only thing they spotted was the track rod, but even that they only noticed the left side not both. This doesn’t put my mind at ease at all driving with my family. Read more

Sam & his Team run the best MOT, bodyshop & any mechanical requirement from servicing to major repairs, I have ever known! Lovely people working hard & honest like no one ever is! They saved me money & Sam also cooked the most delicious Lebanese lunch too! AWESOME is not strong enough! An absolute sparkling jewel in the world of car servicing & repairs! I was a bit hesitant to use this site at first, especially not knowing which mechanic would be coming, but I ended up having a great experience. I booked my appointment and was then contacted to see if they could take my car earlier, which was really convenient. They collected the car without any issues. They were running slightly late, but they communicated clearly so I could make arrangements, and in the end they were only 9 minutes late. The mechanic was very respectful, friendly, and professional. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would use it again.
