I was a bit hesitant to use this site at first, especially not knowing which mechanic would be coming, but I ended up having a great experience. I booked my appointment and was then contacted to see if they could take my car earlier, which was really convenient. They collected the car without any issues. They were running slightly late, but they communicated clearly so I could make arrangements, and in the end they were only 9 minutes late. The mechanic was very respectful, friendly, and professional. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would use it again.
