Marek was excellent - he was punctual, friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem; he was very honest in his assessment telling us that we needed a specialist to repair the fault. After he had left, he even sent me an email explaining the fault in a way that a specialist would understand. I can highly recommend Marek and would have no hesitation using him again.
