Jamie and his associate were highly proficient and efficient. I have to say, I doubted the wisdom of dropping a gearbox on my exposed drive in the face of an Arctic winter blast from the east. Well they rose to the physical, technical and elemental challenge and had the new clutch installed in a jiffy. No more graunching, no more pinions begging for mercy, synchros screaming or dogs barking like manic wolves on the hunt. No, the 107 now smoothly shifts cogs like cream flowing over velvet. Jamie was also kind enough to give learned advice on a range of other topics too. Great job, thanks a lot. I would definitely recommend.

For a job that was quoted on your site to take around 2 1/2 hours James had our car from 10.40am Wednesday till 12pm Thursday. There was no communication as to why the car had been so long until after 4pm wednesday, after we had tried to repeatedly call and got no answer or phones having been switched off, telling me that it was stuck up on a ramp as their ramp had jammed. I was not kept updated, I kept having to message or phone for updates and finally at around 9.30pm they told me the ramp had been fixed and they would be dropping the car off in the morning, 12pm is not the morning. My wife had previously explained to James that we have disabled children and that we needed to have the car because of this. We have had to pay taxi fees to get the children to where they needed to be last night and this morning. The communication from James was next to non existing and I can guarantee I will not be using click Mechanic in the future to get jobs completed on my car.

Lucian was great, he called as soon as he arrived, the work was carried out quickly and my car is up and running again. Will definitely be using click mechanic again and will recommend as well
