Super friendly and communicative, jobs a good 'un. They ran diagnostics and sourced a replacment battery for me in a couple of days.

Friendly and chatty! Even with it raining. Also on time. He looked further into the diagnostics compared to other mechanics I wasted time with they didn’t do half the diagnostics he did, so thanks to him for diagnosing my cars back on the road after 3 months!!

Received a 10 minute diagnostic which involved starting engine and telling me it had a misfire. Which I had told him.
No reason given or testing done.

I bought most expensive use car pre purchase inspection "premium" (~£182), he report says car body is good & no signs for previous damage / repair . When i received the car, I found +10 clear signs of body repair & paint on the passenger side wing panel & quarter panel are being worked out & painted. I asked for refund / even partail for such bad quality work, The mechanic "Francesco" replied this must have happened after inspection While i collected the car 18hrs after inspection (i.e. no way car had an accident, wing panel & quarter panel are being worked out & painted in 18 hrs ) & Clickmechanic replied are This inspection not inclusive of a warranty (they don't odder it) ! , Strongly recomnd not to use.

Was supposed to do a full service which would normally take at least a couple of hours but was only here half an hour. Definitely didn't change any oil or air filters. Left without any advice and my car was dead by that point. Had to call a second mechanic out

Francesco turned up on time. I had only asked at 1030 that same morning for a mechanic to attend my house that same day. He did the diagnostic test I had asked for and explained to me very clearly what it had found. He sorted my immediate problem quickly and efficiently and then advised me what work was needed in the near future for the car.
At no point did he pressure me to use him to do the recommended work. I received an email the next morning confirming what he had done and what he had recommended needed doing in the near future.
