Very rushed Job. Arrived 1.5hrs late, didn't check tyres or fluid levels. Couldn't hear the sound which was unfortunate but didn't bother to check the car in any other way

We are sorry you are unhappy, you were asked before we left if there is anything you would like me and my colleague to do for you before we complete the job, you said no no thank you so much for coming out and asked for a refund whilst we were with you, we advised you that we have done our job and it’s not our fault the noise you have been hearing is now no longer able to be heard, hence the bad review. We mechanics don’t work for free unfortunately and we like yourself have to pay for fuel and bills. We kept you informed of our van breakdown, arrived, went on a test drive whilst you were doing over 100mph risking mine and my colleagues life on a 50 zone, attempting to hear this sound which was never apparent.
