Dean was actually 15 minutes early First thing he did was check the battery It was dead he charged it and the car started .and he found out it was the original battery on the car. As we only needed a replacement he sourced a replacement and fitted it Very pleased with his knowledge and experience and what the costumer required

Richard was great. Car now working. He was efficient and on time and I had a good laugh when he found out one of the problems, ie salami in the engine oil filler hole! Also chewed wiring on the camshaft position sensor. Must have been a rat!

Mechanic was friendly but I was unhappy to be charged £70 just to tell me my battery was flat and no replacement was available despite providing this information when I booked the appointment two days prior. I was then told to replace the battery would be another callout for an extortionate £159. I went with Halfords and paid £87 inc fitting and wouldn’t use or recommend ClickMechanic.

Craig was fantastic, he was friendly, very quick, efficient, knowledgeable and completed the work quickly, also picked up and dropped car back off which made it so much easier to have the car fixed!

Didn't meet my mechanic but his driver who came to collect the car was polite, cheerful and arrived within the 2 hour time slot I was given. Joe called me to advise a MoT fail and offer me the option to return the car as was or carry out the required repair. I opted for the latter and the work was carried out and the car retested. I was provided with a VAT invoice for the work when the car was returned together with the MoT fail and pass sheets. I paid Joe's invoice on line.

Absolutely phenomenal. The wrong part arrived initially, but Jay kept me posted, stayed late to fit it and then dealt with an additional problem caused by a fault part recently fitted by another mechanic. Couldnt recommended higher.
