The most terrible service I have ever had with my car. Worrying from start to finish, communication so poor it was basically non-existent. Thousands of pounds charged outside of ClickMechanic for work that I’m not sure was even done my car has been left with the same squeaking problem, super shady and very dodgy mechanic. My car was left abandoned in the middle of the road, a day or two later than it was promised, my glasses had been worn and bent out of shape, the holder for my phone had been ripped off. I really have no idea what happened during this service, it was meant to be a pretty standard MOT and service and quickly turned into a nightmare. would suggest staying as far away from this mechanic as possible.

colin was out looking over my car on Saturday afternoon arrived earlier than expected. carried out work and explained faults he had found. would 100% recommend to anyone

Fab knowledgeable resolved problem in minutes, he interacted well and obviously a car enthusiast. Very happy with outcome and back on the road .

Michal called the night before he was due to service the car we arranged a time and he was on time. The MOT and service was carried out and the book was stamped and the milage and reset for next service . Would I recomend him Yes he can service my car again next year many thanks Ray Phillips

Mechanic came on time & I think diagnosed the problem. Haven’t received a quote though even after ringing and messaging him through ClickMechanic and giving him my direct email address. Don’t think he wants the business?

Dean again was the absolute professional explained all that he was doing in language I could understand not mechanic jargon.
