Ebo was late but it was not his fault and he phoned to explain why so I was not concerned. He checked my problem and told me what was required.. He also did a general check as I had booked and the only concern I have is that he had ticked 'road test' and I know the car did not leave the driveway. He also pointed out some other work that he said needed doing.
