Mechanic arrived at the very tail end of the 2 hour slot. They called me upon arrival, said they would complete their checks and call me back to let me know. I waited 2.5 hours and ended up getting a call from the garage asking what the mechanic had said, i had not yet heard from him. Apparently he was only there for half an hour. I called the mechanic up and he sounded surprised when i asked him how the pre-purchase inspection went. I then asked him to send the results over asap as i was looking to buy the car the same day. I did not receive the write up in my emails until i sent him a text at 8pm that evening even though he had completed the check by 12:30 that afternoon. Next day service was very useful for me in my scenario as the garage did not allow reservations, however the communication from the mechanic was not good.

Paul carried out a pre-purchase inspection for me and I was very happy with the whole experience. He communicated well throughout and couldn't have been more helpful. Great job done, thank you.

Everything was satisfactory. Car pick and return was all hassle free and the work carried out(clutch replacement repair) is operational as expected. I will use Click Mechanic again in the future. Thank you for the service

Frans was great.. He completed the timing belt and water pump replacement on my XC60 D4. The job was done on the drive within a few hours. Frans was happy to discuss the work and I would highly recommend him.

Darren was friendly from the start and reassured me what he was doing and the cause of the problem, he was punctual and communicative in telling me how far he was away from arriving for the job.

Everything from booking Sorin for the pre purchase inspection to receiving my final report about the car was spot on. Sorin was very helpful and aswered and covered eveyrthing I was interested in the car. Pictures he sent me were more detailed then in the advert and showed me things I was not expecting. Thanks to his inspection I probably gonna go with a different car.

Car was collected bang on time. Took a little longer to fix but they did let me know. The car was dropped off after tea time so I did appreciate the later working hours to get it back to me. Car is driving well and I’m pleased with the price and service.

Tony was excellent! He was on time and I left him to it. When I got back, the car was ready, he gave me a de-brief and showed me the old timing belt and water pump that he had replaced - all for a very reasonable price. Recommended!
