Everything was done to an absolute gold standard, had the car collected by Alex who made sure the engine was nice and warm, reassured me of everything and filled me in on any questions I had. The car was returned promptly after the service and mot, no issues at all. Very happy and would definitely use again :)

The mechanic was just superb, he had a look before he drove away, when he returned the car 2 hours later, he said it wasn't what I thought it was, and he brought the broken part with him to show me and explained why it needed replacing 10 out of 10

Yes it seems ok I only took it for a short drive but no problem he showed me the old items that replaced.

John Baynes was fantastic and very accommodating. When he went to remove my wheel he noticed i didnt have a wheelnut and helped me source the correct one for my car so the work could be complete as i was very stressed out.
