Muhammad provided a thorough analysis of the engine problem, supported by a detailed physical inspection and electronic diagnostic evidence. A provisional remedy was applied together with helpful advice as to further action. As an engineer myself I was satisfied with the efficiency and thoroughness of the service and would confidently use the service in the future.
