Richard is a lovely guy and fixed my exhaust in record time. He arrived with the correct parts even though he hadn't seen the car in advance!

The mechanic did half a job on Monday then claimed he wasn't strong enough to remove the calliper . He quoted me £220 for a new calliper . For my vehicle it is between £50 and £110 . Unknowingly i accepted this and agreed because i had no choice because I wanted my car up and running for him to come back on Wednesday and complete the work . The company removed £485 from my bank account and the mechanic never showed . I have been trying to contact you all day and have got absolutely nowhere . I want my money back and will be approaching trading standards to advise them of my horrific experience . Im an OAP with a heart condition and needing bilateral hip replacement and it is cruel , dishonest and unprofessional for me to have my bank account emptied by Click Mechanic to give to a guy who never even bothered to show up . I have had to borrow money to take my car to a garage to get the work done professionally . What is wrong with you guys that you find this behaviour acceptable ? Obviously I have all the emails and proof that your mechanic took the money and didn't appear so my daughter will be contacting the bank tomorrow to have the funds removed if you still insist on keeping the money you did nothing for . Obviously the public review will detail accurately how badly I have been treated and the fact you have tried to keep the money without sending a mechanic ( albiet the one you sent had overpriced the calliper by between £100 and £140 ) . I was offered mediation instead of my £485 that you aren't entitled to which is just madness . You need to vet your mechanics better before taking money from customers . This has done so much damage to your credibility and the public reviews will detail exactly why . I don't want anything more to do with this fiasco and I want the company to be honest enough to return my money immediately .

MOT was carried out in a timely manner and the pick up/drop off was quick and efficient, despite my nervousness at handing my keys off to someone I didn't know!

Mechanic was friendly and informative . The noise that I had heard had gone when the mechanic arrived but he did a thorough check and went away reassuring me if it came back to call him and he would return but didn’t rip me off claiming there was something wrong that needed me to spend money . Service seems fine, but I did point out the tyre sensors were flashing in/off. This wasn’t rectified. Similarly the clocks had not been reset and the car had not been cleaned. I didn’t ask for a valet but would have been happy to pay for that service.

They came, they fixed the problem. I could not be more happier with the service provided. The ClickMechanics were highly personable and professional. They explained everything very clearly as they investigated the problem, and I was delighted when they were able to resolve the issue on the spot. My most sincere gratitude to them.

Took very 3 days to do a four and a half hour job, then claimed that the rear brakes were stuck on, failed the MOT and wanted another grand to sort it out. Odd that I'm still getting >40mpg in a Discovery Sport and the rear calipers are less than 15 months old and the wheels turn 100% freely. They also fitted the wrong tyres, cheaper ones with worse fuel efficiency and wet grip ratings.
