Alin did my Pre car inspection give me great feedback and put my mind at ease really helpful and friendly went into detail make sure I was completely happy and had no worries would really highly recommend him.

Alin was very punctual. Did the work to a high standard. Left everything very clean. Took plenty of photos.

William clearly has good experience and communicated well. William did a great job at short notice. He first called me after the inspection and went through the report highlighting the good and less good things about the car. He also helped by suggesting how to proceed with dealer to make sure I got the car I wanted. Subsequently I got the written report which let me step back before making a decision on purchase. Everything was in laymans language and let me make an informed decision. Well worth the money

The whole situation could have been different IF A2Z connected me to say they were going to be late. And when I say they were late I mean by 6HOURS! They left me in the dark about what was going on, it took my partner ringing them and me talking to clickmechanic to actually get any answers to what was going on. The mechanic himself was rude and unprofessional and did not have the right equipment on him so he had to go back and get the right stuff. It was actually beyond a joke. Not even an apology for being late or not communicating. They are a total joke I would never take my car to them or get them to do any work. They seriously need to think about how they do business
