Robert did a great job with our car service. He was punctual and honest about the necessity of some of the work we had requested, saving us money. Will definitely use Robert again.

My car wouldn't start, and a previous garage had incorrectly diagnosed a fault with my spark plugs. James was able to run proper diagnostics on my car and give me an actually useful answer as to what was wrong. Whilst he wasn't able to fix the issue (it requires a specialist) he was able to signpost me to a trusted garage, and tell me what steps to take next. Thanks, James!

Victor was brilliant. He was punctual, very conscientious and a very nice man to meet and talk to. He was very knowledgeable and really put me at ease, he did a great job on the car and got it back to me in great time. Would absolutely recommend as a mechanic, top notch service.

Friendly and seems to have done the job well. However, no contact to notify me that the job will take long and only found out when I rang. The actual job I had booked for was not done due to (more work being needed) instead fitted the brake pads and I got charged £200+ I could have got this done locally in about 30-60mins if it’s just brake pads I needed changing. So really disappointed. The only reason I used clickmechanic is so this big job would be done on the day. Yet I am still left with the main problem of my car unresolved and ended up not only wasting time but paying extortionate for changing a bunch of brake pads.
