No 10 minutes work but waited 7 hours after the pre arrange booked time. The price is inflated especially since I wasted my whole day which is worth a lot more then the amount I had to pay. Booked for 8am-10am. Mechanic advised he had an issue with his gearbox so could he come in afternoon I agreed and asked when in the afternoon. 3 hours later I chased to know what time as he’d not replied. He then said between 4-6pm and I stated that he must be close to 4pm or I’d have to cancel, as I’ve delayed plans already. He agreed 4-4.30pm then arrived at 5 pm. I had to cancel my plans and ask a friend to pick up our children. Absolutely discussed with this service. Will not use this service ever again or recommended it
