Kami was good in the inspection but it seems he has a personal limit in taking more than 2 phone queries over the report. I had a further 3rd call and left a message for him to return my message but it is now more than 48 hours and have heard nothing back from him. This is quite disappointing as I have used his service twice, once in March 2022 and presently.
