They accommodated my booking straight away at short notice. Once I dropped my car off, it was almost worked on all day to diagnose and fix the issue. On leaving with my car, the last advice I was given was to fill it with fuel and see if that helps to reset the DEF message, and it did!! I was beside myself with worry thinking my car was scrap. Thankfully it was just the spark plugs. Jamies Mobile Mechanics explained what was going wrong and showed me the damaged spark plugs which was worse than I anticipated. Also gave me some very helpful advice - don't use E10 fuel in a 20 year old BMW regardless of what it says on the government website.
