After confirming the booking, there was generally good communication about a delay due to parts not being in stock. This meant that the original appointment had to be postponed from the Friday to the weekend, though the money still left my account. I’m not going to lie, I was not happy the money leaving the account before the work was complete and really nervous that Joshua might not turn up, particularly as the weather was bad over the weekend, and I really needed the part replaced for an MOT on the Monday. However, Joshua reassured me and gave me his word that he’d complete the work before the end of the weekend which made me feel at ease, but of course, until it’s done there’s always a seed of doubt. Joshua arrived to complete the work as promised despite quite bad weather conditions, and was a really friendly guy with excellent knowledge and skills. My car subsequently passed its MOT today. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC!! Joshua completed half the work (2 days later than booked) then disappeared. He marked the job as complete and took my money. He doesn't communicate at all and doesn't care at all. My first time using this site and I will never use it again as I've now lost money which I won't get back

Josh was professional, reliable and knowledgeable. He wasn’t able to make the time originally planned but he rang and explained why and kept me up to date on his new arrival time. He was very helpful and knew straight away the type of electrical fault with the car and how to solve the issue.
