im driving a car what should’ve failed an MOT but some how it still passed… spoke to the guy and he said pay him directly because apparently clickmechanic charge almost double… wouldn’t mind but he never showed up so now ive got no breaks and down a few hundred quid brilliant. Just take your car straight to a garage at least the job would actually get done. Would not recommend

He found out the what was wrong within minutes and explained clearly and same information was sent via email..Yes I was happy

As I was at work, I only chatted to Josh over the phone but he was really clear and friendly and updated me on how the car did and when it was returned. He was happy to pick the keys up from my building reception and drop them off at reception, without speaking to me face to face as I was at work. Made my life much easier, so thank you :)

Brilliant can’t fault at all. Great communication, kept me up to date. Was able to help me understand what was wrong with me car.
