I paid basically 70 pounds out to he told what I already knew. The mechanic rearranged twice and then was late on the third visit.

You paid for someone to come out and tell you what was wrong with your steering issue , no work is done on an inspection because it’s “inspection “ and we don’t carry parts , if you knew what the issue was not sure why you would book an inspection when you should have booked a repair , I told you exactly what the issue was and your options regarding the price on the repair , I think this boils down to the fact you was hoping it was going to be a quick fix or a cheap fix given your reaction the problem and price off the repair, advise I can give is if you know what the issues is in future book a repair not a diagnostic .

Joshua did awesomely. He did the job well and promptly, however, he left the car and the headlights ON (in broad daylight) when he handed over the keys. Only got to know that my car was still ON after ~5 hours
