Was on time, communicated well but massively over charged. Advice to any one getting a service and MOT with him get the service done first. Basically had me where he wanted because I used click mechanic and he did the mot first instead of service. Paid a total of 1000 pounds for service MOT and repairs. Shouldn’t have cost more than 500-600.

Pete was extremely helpful and knowledgable. In addition to diagnosing and fixing the exhaust on the Sunday morning, he also gave me some good advice about future maintenance which is likely to be necessary. Thank you also to Click Mechanic for assisting with my issue and getting a second mechanic out very quickly. They also made sure I was charged for the correct service level.

Barry was very helpful and the work completed to replace the rear silencer was completed correctly. He did show up with the wrong part. I don't know the reason for this. It didn't inconvenience me however but Barry had to spend a number of hours waiting to get hold of a new one.
