I was beside myself with worry thinking my car was scrap. Thankfully it was just the spark plugs. Jamies Mobile Mechanics explained what was going wrong and showed me the damaged spark plugs which was worse than I anticipated. Also gave me some very helpful advice - don't use E10 fuel in a 20 year old BMW regardless of what it says on the government website.

My mechanic rang to tell me it's bad really bad do I still want the job doing I said yes but he never mentioned until he turned up it was another £87 which my son had to pay as i was on holiday.Still not had a receipt I asked for.

Colin was excellent.Very friendly and helpful.Good communication before the day , arrived as promised and completed the service without any fuss.Explained everything afterwards advising on any further work due in the future.100% recommend.So much better than having to trail into a garage and leaving your car for the day not really knowing who has worked on your car or what they've actually done.

Lee was amazing, even when I needed more work than previously planned. I suffer with anxiety and being able to get my car sorted from home made everything so much easier for me.
