After booking the mechanic Sampath, I had alot of fears which really manifested when I gave him the keys to my car and watched him drive off. I even worried about the quality of the job I'd receive even after the job was done. I'd failed MOT due to severely corroded pipes and hoses, which is another story in itself. I had absolutely no reason to be fearful. Sampath went over and beyond, not only doing a fantastic job on what I paid for, but I noticed small details that he fixed that (the average person would have ignored) as I drove the car. He called me and provided me with updates which i didnt realise i needed. When he handed the keys back to me, he took the time to advise me about the next steps for my car, and i felt it was from a place of honesty. He was amazing. He treated my car well. He has a customer for life!

Simon was great - punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my car quickly, to the agreed price, and took it for a 10 mile test drive afterwards to make sure that everything was ok. I'm delighted with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Snapped serpentine/auxiliary belt on 2010 B Class Mercedes, was told by roadside recovery that the car would need to lifted and engine dropped to get the belt on due to location of belt. We required the car urgently so called ESY and what can I say, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done without any hassle. He checked the for possible causes and reassured me that the pulleys and tensioners were all fine, did a check over to ensure the alternator was charging and no faults were registered. Car is back on the road, same day, not an easy job as Mercedes decided on a very poor location for the belt but El did the job with no complaints. Highly recommended A+ service!

Jo did a pre purchase inspection for me on an Audi A4, The car was over 150 miles away so difficult to go and view so we choose the pre inspection. Communication was fantastic throughout the whole process with a full and in-depth review of the car which made our mind up to then go and purchase it. Would highly recommend.
