The mechanic was good as gold came pick the car the clutch was with in a few hours the car was back and running better than ever it was so easy no messing about love it

Taken the car for a test drive and it’s clear the work has been done well. The biting point is completely different now which shows had bad the car had got.
For everything else, I was very disappointed. We booked in for Friday. They were late to organise collecting the car which pushed everything back. Due to needing the flywheel doing as well it couldn’t be done till Monday but was assured 100% it would be done by Monday which was fine. Realising I hadn’t agreed whether I would need to collect the car or if it would be dropped off I tried calling on Monday. 6 or 7 different times I called to try get confirmation of this and no one picked up. Finally at 4pm I got through to someone who told me to give them 2 minutes just to check the car was done and whether they could drop off. 20 minutes later I had to call back as they hadn’t got back to me. At this point they told me the car wasn’t done, despite previous promises, and that it would now he done on Tuesday instead.

Collected the car at 10am, dropped off at 5pm. Wheel bearing replaced perfectly, they also provided photos of the work done. Can’t recommend enough - they did the work for £200 cheaper than VW quoted.
