Asked him to see why there was a few lights on the dash, he said he had done a diagnosis and switched the lights off but when I got in the van the day after the lights were still on, it cost £45 for nothing, they take your money 2 days before the work even though they say nothing to pay until the work is complete, will definitely not use again and will not be recommending click mechanic,

What a wonderful service! Mike turned up promptly. His communication was fantastic, he was even able to fit us in two and an earlier slot, which was much more convenient for us. He did the work on the drive, and was sensitive to me having a sleeping baby on me! He showed me the comparison between the old and the new part and conducted himself with the utmost professionalism at all times. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

They called before arriving to check if they needed the recovery vehicle and arrived within the specified wtime frame. They called later in the day to keep us informed and discuss emergent work, and then delivered the car back the following day once the work was completed. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the service.
