Dean was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, he kept me up to date with everything to do with the pre-purchase inspection on my new campervan and talked me through the report and minor issues. We had two phone conversations before and after the inspection so he knew what my concerns were, and was able to provide reassurance following the checks. He even completed the inspection a day early! I have so much more peace of mind now I have Dean's report - thanks so much!

While Jon was quite good with communication and helping in sorting MOT issues, I was surprised to see that the mechanic who came to deliver vehicle back was high and not seem to maintain safe distance while speaking. He could not stand straight and was fumbling often with a strange smile.

Mitch was fantastic. He worked away full stream changing the clutch and flywheel in an afternoon which is big task and which normally if left at a garage for a day or more.

Very pleased with whole process. All went to plan re collection time of vehicle, payment, being kept up to date re progress and then car returned again.
