I didn't directly meet the mechanic, but can see from my Ford app the works carried out and with no fuss. Full MOT and Service - Collected and returned locally no issues. Called to update me with repair works and sorted all on the same day. Thank you so much.

Sam, kept me fully updated on when he would come to perform the diagnostic check and arrived on time. He was clear in his findings and totally professional throughout with clear advice on what the next steps needed to be. Overall I am very happy with the service received. Well done!

Sadly no work carried out as couldn't remove wheel nut. Was charged 40 pounds call out if id have taken it too a garage there would have been no out should have known better

Henry was earlier then expected , very friendly and very knowledgeable felt at ease straight away, happy with all the work taken place was very informative and even though I tried to stay away I like to ask questions even just expand my knowledge, was more then happy to talk me through different issue and problem solving

Dan was great and carried out a full inspection of the car. He highlighted several points that have been noted and provided a prompt response and good report.

The mechanic (Robert) contacted me to advise that he'd be delayed. With the reason given I assumed he'd arrange an alternative time & date & was suprised when he turned up. Within 10 minutes off arrriving he'd the car up on stands & the wheels off, ~ 6 hours later he'd completed the job (other quotes had anticipated 8 hours worth of work). He was well aware off the particular difficulties of changing a clutch on my vehicle. Having put a few miles on the clock since the repair I have found no faults.

Mohammed called to let me know he was on his way and what time he was expected to arrive. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable and friendly. Very pleased with the service.

I booked in for an MOT & Service, Faliak turned up at 6:45am and was finished by 3pm. He did a wonderful job, super punctual and communicative! This was the first time i’ve used this company and was really nervous about it. I usually go to my local but there’s always an issue. My MOT fails every year and they give me “repairs” that always need replacing again the next year. So i thought to look elsewhere and found ClickMechanic! This company was not only cheaper but super convenient and Faliak even cleaned my car…inside and out!! Outstanding service. I will be telling everyone i know that has a car about this company! Really pleased with this service and the work James did to get our car back on the road. He called the day before the visit to confirm what problem had been diagnosed, and what also could have caused the issue and confirmed he would be there the next day. Turned up in the appointment window and quickly got on with the job so that the car was then drivable. Would definately use this service again.
