Szabolcs was great - he arrived on time, completed the work quickly and solved the issue. Communication was also very easy and efficient.

Mechanic gave reccommendatiins, as a suggestion perhaps could be a bit more enthusiastic when talking to customers. Overall hard working.

Andy was great, very proficient, and knowledgeable. Listened to queries and was happy to answer question, however didn't take advantage and bump up extra work. van has been driving great. Even advised and showed to prove another area of work that needed to be done.

Jamie was fantastic. He phoned me in advance to confirm the time he'd be arriving and he completed the work really quickly, much quicker than expected. He changed all my brake discs and pads. He also took it for a test drive. My car passed its mot so he must have done a good job lol. He was friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and fixed another little issue I had too. He also offered to help me move some wood I was dragging off my drive, I politely declined as he wasn't here for that and I didn't want to take advantage, but it just shows what a lovely kind and thoughtful man he is. I also had another car that was off the road, Jamie took a look and helped me get into it. He had offered to buy it but as I didn't know where the log book was and it needed work doing on it, he was fair to me and said I'd get more for it for scrap. He gave me a few suggestions and thanks to Jamie's advice I accepted an offer for scrap and someone collected my old car the next day and I got £283 for it. This shows he's trustworthy, he could've bought my car for less and made money on it. I will be contacting him again next time I need any car work and I'd happily recommend him. I'm very happy with the work he carried out and the advice he shared. It was so much better having a mobile mechanic come to me than have to worry about getting my car to a garage. Thank you Jamie 😊

First time user so unsure what to expect, unable to move car off drive so chose this option. Presumed car would be repaired on drive, Didn't meet mechanic, phone call to say car would be picked up which they did at 11:30 am. We paid for 2 new coil springs one either side then had a call from garage around 5pm asking if we wanted other side doing, I replied yes we paid for both, was told they would call when ready, I called number around 6pm and message replied garage closed till morning, then had a call back to say car arriving soon, car arrived back at 7pm, unable to check springs as dark and late. Checked in morning and everything seemed fine Thankyou.

I must say Brendan was outstanding from start to finish and went out of his way to ensure my vehicle was ready by a critical deadline I had. Communication was very prompt and clear and importantly my car fixed quickly. Would highly recommend Brendan.

Great service from Dougie. Happy with the work done. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and clearly explained his approach to resolving the problems. He didn't push for any unnecessary work at anytime, a rare quality. Appreciate him visiting twice when I wasn't available the first time for car pickup to discuss about the work done and potential things to lookout for, answering all my queries to his best knowledge. The only suggestion for improvement would be the timeline, as the overall service took 4 days to complete, and I needed to reach out for progress updates.

James was prompt and provided an excellent service and I am more than happy with the work.

The service received was punctual and seems fine. My problem is that I received no receipt or information about what was actually done. Ie oil change, new filter etc. I’ve always had this when using other garages. Hence only 3 Stars.
