Ion had an unfortunate breakdown with a previous client, Ion called to explain he would be later than expected. When Ion arrived he then realised that he had been given the wrong size brake disc's, he was very apologetic and arranged to complete the job at my place of work the following day. Ion arrived the following day and the work was carried out swiftly and efficiently. Ion was very apologetic about the previous day but these things happen and it didn't affect me in any way. I would definitely recommend Ion's work and will use click mechanic again, I found the whole process easy and what I was charged was very reasonable and I'm very pleased with the service.
