Extremely friendly and professional service, Kagan went above and beyond with his knowledge, giving me extra information and ensuring the safety of my car without extra fees. I really liked that he applied extra material to the replacement parts so that the next mechanic won’t have difficulties with the metal fusing together/rust, really thoughtful and shows someone who cares about quality over money.

Sceptical at first as you are when using online not used before website and services. Howver the process was straight forward on the site and comms all good. On the day Dawa arrived in the slitted time, got straight on to it. spoke about what he will be doing etc. within 10 mins tyre and calipers were off, showed me the areas and what to do, pads changed and tyre back on all done in 30 minutes. gave me some tips and discussed other options but all good, yet to drive the car but very impressed with the service and the mechanics who came. overall for the mechanicss really impressed ahd professional.

Leigh was first class, a bit late arriving due to the previous job over-running, but called and kept me informed about his ETA. checked and diagnosed the issue, then ran a full diagnostic test to rule out any other issues. Couldn't fix the issue, a damaged Throttle Sensor box on the accelerator, but said it was simple to switch them out, showed me how and made sure i was confident to do the DIY bit myself and that i was happy with everything before he left. excellent service and communication. would definitely recommend Leight's Autos to anyone in this area. Will be booking him for a pre-MOT and service in October.
