Jamie was excellent. Despite the Dealer saying that the car was well maintained and in excellent condition, the Pre-Inspection showed this to be far from the case, and that the was was actually unsafe to drive. The report that I received back was thorough and easy to understand, and the follow up call to discuss the issues was brilliant. Although I'm out of pocket for the inspection, it has saved me a lot of money and hassle in the future and stopped me from buying the car.

The garage was very good, picked the car up on time, kept me informed of the work required and was very concerned that he would not be able to get the car back the same day. This was not a problem to me as I was not in a rush to get my car. Only small blip I was charged £20 for the collection and I had not asked for a specific time for collection. Will definitely use click mechanic again.

Found him very quick was here less than an hour so I hope everything was done properly! Seems alot of money for less than a hours work. Was friendly and communicated well.

Rhys was great and I'd highly recommend him. I needed a full flywheel / clutch replacement and serpentine belt replacement, which he carried out very promptly and professionally. It also turned out that an advisory piece of work - which was recommended in my last service - to replace a tracking rod-end wasn't necessary. Rhys explained to me why and deducted it from the final cost instead of replacing it anyway. My wallet appreciated that!

Bogdan arrived when he said he would - just a couple of minutes before the official booking time window. He looked over the task and got on with it while providing a brief but friendly and informative commentary on what he was doing. He finished well within the booking time window and made sure not to leave mucky marks anywhere.
