Ant was great; my car had been looked at by various people and after reports of cracked head, head gasket, failed gearbox etc.. I was given a call by Ben to discuss the vehicle I was looking to purchase and was very thorough on how he would inspect the vehicle. Also asked for a diagnostic to be carried out which was not specified previously and he was more than happy to accommodate my request. I received my report with another follow up call to discuss the vehicle and was very happy with the reassurance I got. Griffin unknown to me planned to pick my van up a day earlier than planned, which i only found out after texting him that my house was hard to find. I changed my plans to fit round this. However on the day my vehicle was due to be returned I was informed that there was an extra £420 to pay. Advice to Griffin, let customers know the price of extra work before doing it. Would it use clickmechanic again? Not sure

Junaid was great - he explained the job clearly and said he would check the car over. He also refunded some of the bill as one of the jobs did not need doing. Car is working perfectly with new brakes and discs at the rear.
