Ugur was very professional in diagnosing the heater fan problem, recommended the next steps, he was very polite and knowledgeable told me things to look out for to get to fixed so I don't get cheated by the local garages.

Brad is a great Mechanic. he sorted my brakes both front and Back, and also the disks. Brad did this when the weather was atrociuos pouring with rain, and i told him i felt sorry for him. He answered with a smile i might add, that it was no problem, and he continued with the work. The back brakes needed a tool which Brad had not got with him, so we scheduled brad to come back the next working day, he was ontime, and completed the job. all perfect Brad, thank you for fixing my Brakes. to anyone reading this, i highly recomend Click mechanic, and i hope you get Brad as the Mechanic for your repair. all the very best. Jamie did a great job with the servicing of the car. I appreciate the punctuality and transparency. I couldn't ask for more.

His knowledge enabled him to find the problem very quickly and the solution was simple, a bit of tape cured the leaking pipe and the brakes were as good as new.

The job was a turbocharger change and dpf clean. Took longer than anticipated but the reason being they wanted to clean out the dpf thoroughly. Communication could have been slightly better but very polite garage.
