Junaid was great - he explained the job clearly and said he would check the car over. He also refunded some of the bill as one of the jobs did not need doing. Car is working perfectly with new brakes and discs at the rear.

I have used Click Mechanic for a number of years without any issues but today was totally different and makes you realise that the Company is only as good as the contractors it has on its books. I will never use Click Mechanic again for this reason. Today's contractor Top Notch had such poor communication and the punctuation was awful. I would like to note the garage sub contracted the work to a mobile mechanic and the mobile mechanics were absolutely superb, great personalities, excellent workmanship shame about the company who subcontracted them! If Top Notch are contracted to your job turn it down or cancel your job!!!!
