Brought a used car 2 hours after driving it EML light came on. Mauro came out to diagnose the issues. He was honest and explained the issues clearly. Wrote a report for me to give to the dealer and now car has been returned to dealer under consumers rights act. He didn’t try to talk me into getting the vehicle fixed so he could make more money. Some mechanics will try to convince you that it is an “easy fix “ and wil cost x amount. That ends up costing a lot more. Extremely honest. Need more mechanics like Mauro in this world

I booked Vlad on ClickMechanic for a next day job. He turned up at 12 for my 12:00-14:00 booking. He was efficient, polite and friendly, I explained to him the issues and he got straight on with it. Before I went in I mentioned I didn’t know much about car engines and would be interested to learn more, when i came back out after he did the initial inspection of the car, he clearly explained everything he had checked and explained it to me and showed me what was what. Cars been driving nice and smooth since the oil change. Would recommend him highly, it was a pleasure to meet him.
