To be fair, everyone I spoke with was polite. However, my satisfaction with the work remains undetermined, as an unexpected issue has now emerged. The explanation I was given is unacceptable, as the supposed cause has never previously resulted in my vehicle’s front and rear lights turning on and off. This is frustrating and concerning, and I expect a proper resolution.

Paulo was indeed friendly and must have been knowledgeable. He changed my cam belt which is a job a lot of garages wouldn't even quote on.

Mohammed conducted a pre purchase car inspection remotely for me. He called me as soon as he had done this , clearly and politely explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and followed this up with the written report a few minutes later. The report was also clear and easy to understand. Highly recommended.
