Was first class on time everything done fast with no waiting about friendly and knew wot he was talking every helpful with thing I need done in few months

I am very pleased with the work the guys did. The best bit is that I had new brake pads and discs on the front and back completely done within an hour of them arriving at my home. And I could carry on working from home without the difficulty of driving to a garage & waiting for the job to be loaded in the garage/ or having to return home later on to collect the car. If makes life so much more efficient.

Lonut was incredible .. explained every single detail … even showed I had booked wrong side to fix .. he could have just changed that but no he showed me why I was wrong .. test drive with me and fixed with with no issues what so ever .. will for sure be using the site and hopefully lonut again for my next car work . Andy, was friendly, professional and did a thorough job quickly and efficiently.

2 mechanics from ESP Motors arrived at the arranged time. Carried out the diagnostic check, but found no electrical issues on why my car was struggling to start. Narrowed the issue down to possibly 3 mechanical faults. They changed the spark plugs, cleaned out out the throttle body and Bank 1 lambda sensor (means nothing to me). Car started OK when they had left. They sais to contact them if there was any problems. The next morning, the car struggled to start again. Contacted the mechanics and they agreed to come back later that day. They did another check and after a while diagnosed it was a heat sensor. Changed and it and the car was running again OK. The test was the following morning. Got in the car and it started 1st time. I believe the fault has been resolved. The mechanics have said if I have any further issues, they will return and fix as their work is guaranteed for a year. A reasonable price for the work carried out, considering they had to come out twice. Thank you again.

Mark was really informative and gave a detailed account of what he was doing before he started and informed me what he had done etc after he finished. Clean worker and left little to no mess when completing work. Would definitaly recommend again
