Happy with the work done by Ian although he was quite late arriving without letting me know he was running late. Again was expecting him the following day but didn't turn up and didn't let me know why until I messaged him. I understand things may occur that's beyond ones control but a simple message to keep me informed would have stopped me stressing as I can't get to work without a car. Would still like to thank him for the good work done.

Dawn was communicative and very methodical in diagnosing that the reason why the engine would not fire was due to a faulty petrol pump. Then tested and proved this was the cause of the problem by jury rigging a different pump to the cars fuel system. Very impressive

Topnotch are a bunch of cowboys. My Car went in on the 8th September for a knock sensor which should take about 2 hours they didn’t turn up until 8pm that evening. It should have been between 10-12 when they returned my car the next day it was running on three cylinders the did not put the injection rubber seals back the said the would order new ones from Mazda. But the have taken three weeks so far to resolve this problem. The do not answers the phone. They might aswell not have the number and when they do answer they say they will ring back. But they don’t when you try to ring back just goes to answer phone. I’m not very impressed with clickmechanic who recommends these business you say you vetted these but obviously you don’t. Because after reading the reviews of topnotch all comments were negative they say that when reported back to clickmechanic but you keep on recommending these people I think you don’t follow up these complaints. I think you should be ashamed of yourselves. Would not recommend you too any body because you obviously don’t give a damn about people sign up with you.

2nd time that James comes to fix my car. He's a great mechanic. Efficient and quick. Couldn't be happier with his work. Next repair to my car I will check again to see if James is available again. Great and responsible mechanic.

He arrived early and got the brake hose changed very quickly. Fully tested and advised of further work needed.

Russell is an absolute god-send! I can't thank him enough. I've finally found a mechanic I can 100% rely on and will without a doubt use again. More than happy with the service work, both the mechanics who collected and brought the car back were friendly and efficient. Communication good, advised about pick up and delivery (always relieved not to hear from the garage during the works!) Undertook additional required work within the original charge.

Mechanic was very good. Explained everything that was going to be done, showed me the parts removed and explained defects. Very knowledgeable and personable. No complaints at all.

I put in a repair for windscreen wiper pump that had stopped working. I requested for them to come to my place of work, which worked out well. They were very quick and had the part needed to replace. Would definitely use these guys again and thank you so much. Also my jets are much more powerful than before. Will come.bacj again for anything else that might suprise me in needing repair. Very grateful and a very happy customer 🙏
