My mechanic that tirned up was courteous, he called and came early which i was thrilled with. He came with his friend who both spent a good hour checking over my car, they got it on the jacks, they went under over and were very thorough! He test drove it a couple of times and as i said was very very courteous about it all. I held off writing a review because i was due a service today independantly of this company and i wanted to see if they picked anything up having had the noise looked over by this company and the service passed and went straight through which meant i feel that i can review this mechanic. I always worry but feel the mechanic was clearly very honest, thorough, polite, punctual and professional and i have the car passing the service straight through as testament to that. Thankyou.

Dylan's customer service was good. Informed me of all aspects of the work he carried out and was Knowledgeable with all information offered. This is the second time booking Martin. First time was for an oil filter and change second time was to replace front brake pads. Very professional. Clear in his explanations, gives advice and gets the job done promptly and efficiently. Definitely recommend and will book Martin again in the future.

Simon was hired to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car I was considering buying. After a thorough check, he picked up on a couple of potentially dangerous issues, including a possible engine fault (he said something didn't seem right but couldn't pinpoint the problem, something only an experienced mechanic would pick up on) during the test drive. All info was sent via e-mail and discussed on the phone. After further investigation online, I found the fault he suspected is actually common on the make and model and leads to irreparable engine failure. I definitely dodged a bullet thanks to Simon, he's saved us thousands and a lot of heartache. Would not hesitate to recommend Simon Davis, Click-mechanic and the pre-purchase inspection.
