Mechanic I believe had limited knowledge of the vehicle . Completed the diagnostic check and said all good from the check .

Chris was very helpful - explained in detail what the problem was and didn’t rush. No repairs were carried out as it was a diagnostic appointment booked but offered further support if needed.

Booked for between 8 and 10 am. First message to dashboard was at 10 07 advising on way. 2 calls and an hour later, finally made contact I was told Christopher would be out after he dealt with a breakdown in Hillington, so another few hours. He finally agreed to make his way over. Arrived at 12.30.

I had arranged a diagnostic. Wasn't told anything more than I had found via a Google search of the error message had advised, but was told it would need a further diagnostic to determine the fault.
