Jack was very polite,punctual and a very knowledgeable mechanic. He took my vehicle away (with a little bit of a problem ie as the Navara had been sitting on my drive for a few months though it started first time it didn't want to move). Anyway after getting the Navara moving Jack took it away for a DPF clean and did a 25 point health check and emailed me the results later that evening. I was very happy with the service I got off Jack and an explanation of what to do if further problems developed in the future. I would recommend Jack to my friends and family and use him for any other vehicles I own. Thank you Jack! Sal

Dan was extremely knowledgeable about the issue with the van. He was called out for diagnostic work and was able to advise me what the faults were and what work was required to fix.

Communication was fantastic throughout. A slightly later delay to pick up due to unforeseen circumstances but was updated throughout the day. The job was discovered to not be as simple as first thought. So was advised of issues and given options on how to proceed and photos provided of the issues to send re assurance. Over all 10/10 service and will use again!
