Will never ever use clickmehanic again, awful customer experience - The mechanic I originally chose couldn't do the Job so clickmechanic found this outfit, Fix my wheels to do the job - 5 hrs late picking vehicle up, no explanation - original quote went from £650 to £1500 for supposedly extra work needed for having a clutch fitted, car held to ransom unless paid but no evidence, no receipts or invoice after getting the car back, absolute rip off, drivers beware.

I had an issue with my van, I suspected it was the alternator. I didn't know where to go and came across ClickMechanic during a search. I booked in and the mechanic turned up the very next day, he confirmed my suspicion and fitted a replacement. Fantastic. Very happy with the service

Connor was punctual, efficient and got straight on with the work. He used his experience to make light work of what I thought was a major job to get the seized sensor out of the hub! Upon discovering he had been sent the wrong part, Connor then travelled to another town to get the right part and fitted it later on in the evening, albeit a slight cost increase. However, I was disappointed at first when the ABS, TC and Tyre pressure lights were still on, on the dash. But after driving the car for about 6 miles the lights stayed off, at my relief! Connor did offer to fit a new wiring harness if they came back on though. Such a conscientious worker.
