The mechanic struggled to do the job on his own as he didn’t have a suitable spring compressor and had to come back the following day with a helper and they completed the job.

Where do I start... The garage was 2 1/2 hours late from 10-12 slot to collect car after calling me first thing in the morning at 8am and realising my slot was later. Raised in resolution centre and was told they were in their way around 12pm only to then be told parts are running late so basically they were not on their way and this was a lie. Secondly I had an additional charge as their system told them my car needed only 6 spark plugs when in fact it needed 12. During this whole ordeal the majority of the time I had contact was when I raised an issue in the resolution centre. Car collected Wednesday 2.30pm car dropped off Thursday 7.30pm Absolute joke. I questioned the mechanic about communication not being professional and they got defensive (for reasons I'm unaware of) They made no attempt not did they acknowledge that the whole job had my anxiety levels through the roof and to finish, when the car was dropped back to me the contents of the boot looked like someone was camping in there (literally upside down) and no locking wheel nut to be found, so this is literally the this day Ive had to have interaction with them. I've already messaged them on their mobile and via the click. Mechanic site about the locking wheel nut only to recieve promise after promise about locating and communicating back. This wasn't my first choice for a mechanic but was the next one available and I will never be using them ever again

Did what he was required to do, but not very personable. In his defence I’m not sure if English was his first language.

He was courteous and polite. And there was very good communication. I was happy with the work he carried out.

Rob did excellent job from start to finish work was done on time everything done and explained in professional and courteous manner,I am extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend.

Yamin was friendly and very knowledgeable. I can’t praise him enough. He kept in contact with me and advised me about everything.
